Terms of use

Your account
You are responsible for access to your email account, devices, and Lance Road sessions. Use the service only for your own lawful job search unless an organization account explicitly authorizes another arrangement.
Accurate applications
You remain responsible for the truth, completeness, and suitability of every resume, answer, and application. Lance Road may prepare drafts and automate approved steps, but it must not be used to invent qualifications, impersonate another person, bypass access controls, or misrepresent work authorization.
Third-party services
Job boards, applicant tracking systems, email providers, and employers have their own terms and availability. You must comply with those terms. Lance Road is not affiliated with those services and cannot guarantee that a listing remains open or that an employer will respond.
Connected email
If you connect Gmail, you authorize Lance Road to use the App Password you provide to read application-related messages and send application email from that mailbox. Use an account you control, never provide your normal Google Account password, and disconnect or revoke the App Password when you no longer want Lance Road to access that mailbox.
Acceptable use
Do not use Lance Road to submit spam, overload websites, evade rate limits, defeat CAPTCHAs or security checks, distribute malware, scrape restricted personal data, or interfere with another user. We may limit or suspend abusive activity to protect users and infrastructure.
Service changes
Features may change as recruiting systems and platform policies evolve. We aim to preserve your records and provide clear recovery states, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
